By accessing and using Certigo's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Certigo's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Certigo provides a white-label certification and learning management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Certigo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Certigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
